On Thursday April 30th, a sign was placed on Route 13 in front of New Castle County Airport at the location of the incident with A15 in December. The sign was made by Scott Brown from Odessa Fire Company. There will be additons to the sign to follow in the days to come, including Michelle's Delaware City Fire Company ID number: 15-107.
