During the Snow Blizzard of 2009 with a staffed station of over 25 members Station 15 responded to 6 responses which included 4 Motor Vehicle Crashes, 1 Service Call and a Residential Fire in the Christiana local. Members and Career Staff were able to staff an engine, rescue, ladder, field piece and both ambulances during the blizzard conditions. Our Ladies Auxiliary also braved the blizzard conditions to make sure the members had hot meals during the day and night. The Chiefs Office would like to thank all of the Members, Career Staff and Ladies Auxiliary for their dedication during the storm!
