Fire showing from a middle of the row townhouse - (69D5S) - Plover Circle, Sparrow Run

12:58hrs, New Castle County Communications dispatched Station 3/6/12, Station 15 for the Engine and Station 28/32 for the Engine/Ladder to an L3 (69D5) residential fire on Plover Circle in the Sparrow Run Development. ALS 21(NCC Paramedic Commander Dunn) arrived on scene at 13:02 with fire showing on the Alpha side of a middle of the row townhouse. Station 7/8/910 was added for the RIT along with Station 18 for and an additional Engine. Engine 12-6 on the road from a MVC with entrapment arrived after ALS 21 and handled suppression. Engine 15-5 with a crew of 5 arrived at 13:09hrs taken the second due engine assignment and laying a second water supply to Engine 12-6. A second hand line was pulled and the crew from 15-5 checked the Delta side of the fire resident for extension along with ground ladders to the Alpha and Charlie side. The situation was placed under control at 13:26hrs by Deputy 12. DC units were in service for 1.5hrs. Units on the alarm: Engine 12-6, 6-4, 15-5,(RIT)9-3, 18-3, BLS A-3,A-10, ALS 21, Medic 9D, Ladder 28, and several FM units.
