13:27hrs: Station 15, Engine and rescue 3,6,12 (Christiana) and Engine 29 (Port Penn) were dispatched to a house fire on Lowell Drive in the Red Lion Chase Development. Ladder 15-7 with a crew in quarters along with Chief 15-8(Rosseel) made the response in 1 minute. Ladder 15-7 and 15-8 arrived on scene at 13:34hrs with a 2 story single family and found a smoke condition on the second floor. Crews checked the attic and found an air condition unit had malfunction and caught on fire. The scene was placed under control at 13:43hrs. Companies isolated power to the unit and cleared the scene at 13:55hrs. Companies on scene: Ladder 15-7, Engine 15-5, Chief 15-8, Chief 15-8-C, Engine 6-4 and Engine 29-4.
