During the 16th Annual DVFA and DVFALA Conference Opening Ceremonies on Thursday, September 16th, EMS Supervisor John Atkinson was once again inducted into the DVFA Hall of Fame. During last years Conference John was recognized by the Delaware State Fire Chiefs Association for his heroic actions during the tragic and fatal crash that claimed the life of member Michelle Smith. As customary the following year, award winners are inducted into the DVFA Hall of Fame. This is the second time the John has been inducted as he was an award winner previously from the Delaware State Ambulance Association. Congratulations!
