09:33hrs; Station 15 was dispatched for an Engine Cover Up Station 18(Goodwill) at 401 South Street in the City of New Castle. Engine 15-5 responded and handled the cover up assignment that lasted for over 1 hour. The East Side Companies were on the scene of a working house fire in Holloway Terrace local.
