TSU-15 and HACSR 1 were alerted to assist Station 11, Brandywine Hundred with a subject passed out up in a Cooling Tower at 198 Hay Road.

Crew from Delaware City assisted with providing equipment from HACSR 1 to remove the subject from the Cooling Tower.
