At 09:19 hours, 16-8C [Edwards] notified the Fireboard on EMS Ops of a Motor Vehicle Crash with a Rollover on Wrangle Hill Road at S. DuPont Highway with a subject trapped.

Stations 15 and 29, NCC EMS M2C, NCC EMS M2C, ALS30&31and Trooper 4 were dispatched.  Rescue Engine 15 [Assistant Chief Hart] and A-15 arrived with 1 vehicle on its side.  The patient had advised had self extricated per 16-8C.  Assistant Chief Hart [15-8B] assumed Command.  A-15 and M2C transported 1 to CER.  Trooper 4 was cancelled by Command thru M2C.

Scene was turned over to DSP and DelDot.
