Stations 15/29 and M6B were dispatched for a reported Motor Vehicle Crash w/ a unconscious person at the red light, 5th and Clinton Streets, Delaware City at 22:03 hours.  A-15 and Resce Engine 15 arrived at 22:05 hours hours followed by C-15 and 29-6.

DCPD was on scene and advised of a possible hit and run MVC.  A-15 / M6B transported 1 to CER.  DelMarva Electric was notified for a damage pole that was split at the base.  Command placed the scene under control at 22:23 hours with untis clearing up at 22:31 hours.
