At )6:60 hours Station 15/29 and 4/24 were dispatched for a Motor Vehicle Crash on RTE 1 NB just north of Wrangle Hill Road.  

A-15, Rescue Engine 15, 29-6 and B-24 made the response with A-15 and Rescue Engine 15 arrving on scene.  Command went under control at 06:59 hours with A-15 getting a patient refusal.  Scene was turned over to DSP and DelDot.
