At 18:40 hours, Stations 15/29, M9B, Trooper 4 were dispatched for a reported MVC w/ Rollover in the area of  2300 Block Red Lion Road.  B6 was dispatched as additional reports advised of subject trapped.  

B-6 arrived on scene at 18:44 hours advising negative entrapment.  Chief MacKenzie [15-8] arrived at the same time and assumed Delaware City Cmomand.  Rescue Engine 15 [Career Captain Boots] with a crew of 5 responded at 18:43 hours.  B-6 and A-15 each evaluated 1 patient each with both refusing service.

Command placed the scene under contrl at 18:47 hours cancelling 29-6, M9B, ALS26 and Trooper 4.  Scene was turned over to DSP.
