Back on April 4, 2012, at 16:35 hours. Rescue 15 was returning from the earlier MVC when they came across another MVC at Cox Neck Road / Clarks Corner Road.  A-15 responded at 16:35 hours with Deputy 15 (Mike Miklus) arriving at 16:36 assuming Command.

A-15 transported 1 patient to CER.  Command placed the scene under control at 16:44 hours.  Rescue 15 cleared the scene at 16:50 hours.
