Station 15, Engine 6, Rescue 29 were dispatched for a Residential Fire on McCoy Road.  12-6 arrived on scene first and requested a working alarm assignment.  15-7 under command of 1st Assistant Chief Brett Neel [15-8B] arrived on scene and assumed Delaware City Command.
