At the County Installation Banquet held on Thursday, December 13, 2007 at Station 26, Townsend Fire Company, Assistant EMS Supervisor Rob Trivett was awarded the New Castle County EMT of the Year Award. Rob has done a tremendous job ever since he gained his EMT certification. He has been one of our top responders for the past few years. Rob has had 2 different bouts with cancer, it may have slowed him down each time but he has come back and done an outstanding job and we look forward to him continuing to be an important part of our fire company for many years to come. Congratulations on a well deserved award!
