Members Help Town Resident - Delaware City

Sunday, April 20th, members of the Delaware City Fire Company donated their time to build a handicap ramp for a resident of Delaware City. The resident wanted a handicap ramp built so that her grandmother could come and visit. Interstate Construction heard about the need for this town resident to have a handicap ramp installed in her home and donated the materials to build one. Active Crew member, Kyle Lester, who works for Interstate Construction approached Chief Rosseel about fire company members donating their time to construct the ramp. Given the approval, approximately 10 members gave their time to build this ramp.
