L3* Mutli-Residential Fire (69D4) - Guilford St ST Andrews Townhouses

15:30hrs: Station 3,6,12,(Christiana), Engine 10(Newark), Engine 32(Wilm. Manor) and Ladder 15(DCFC) were dispatched to a Mutli-Residential fire on Guilford St, in development of the Saint Andrews Townhouses. 6-8-B(Lutz) was on scene with smoke showing from a 3 story middle of row townhouse. Ladder 15-7 arrived on scene second due @ 15:44hrs. 6-8-B requested the upgrade to "WORK" bring Engine 15-5,BLS B-15, ALS Medic 6D, Ladder 28(Wilm. Manor) and Station 4/24(Odessa) for the RIT. Ladder 15-7 crew searched the third floor and threw ground ladders to the Charlie side of the structure. Engine 15-5 arrived and stood by. The scene was reduced by command at 15:56hrs. Station 15 units were in service for 1 hour. While crews were on this alarm at 15:59hrs an L1*Unknown Watercraft Situation was dispatched in the C/D Canal at the area of Reedy Point Bridge. Marine rescue units from Station 15, Station 29(Port Penn) and Station 18(Goodwill) searched the area with no one needing any fire department assistance. 15-Marnie-1 cleared the area at 16:31 hours. Chief 15-8(Rosseel) had the Canal Command. Delaware City units that responded on both emergencies: Ladder 15-7, Engine 15-5, Special OPS 15, 15-Marine-1, Chief 15-8 and BLS B-15
