2-Alarm Multi-Residential Fire - 69D5 - Christiana Local - Fox Run Apartments

Station 15 was alerted at 09:39 hours to a working Multi-Residential Fire on Squirrel Drive in the Fox Run Apartments.  New Castle County Fireboard received multi calls for fire coming from the roof area.

Ladder 15-7 with a crew of 5 under the command of Assistant Chief Neel at 09:41 hours.  Special Ops508 (Surface Water Team Leader Comley) arrived scene at 09:44 reporting Heavy Fire Showing.   Engine 15-5 responded at 09:45 hours.

Crew from 15-7 on arrival at 09:48 hours placing 1 hand line in service to the 3rd floor.  15-5 arrived at 09:53 hours and assisted with fire suppression efforts.  A-15 was alerted to respond to the alarm at 10:03 hours.

12-8 requested a second alarm at 09:58 hours.  Command reduced the assignment to Station 3,6,12, 15 and 29 units at 12:35 hours.  Station 15 units cleared the scene at 13:28 hours.

Assistant Chief Neel requested an engine cover up for station 15 which was handled by Station 20, Holloway Terrace.

During this alarm, B-15 responded to a second emergency in the district and once they cleared CER they covered station 3.
