MVC w/ Entrapment

At 21:36 hours Stations 4&24 and 15 were dispatched for a MVC with Entrapment at Route 1 Northbound at Scott Run.  Rescue 15, C15 and B15 made the response with both ambulances transporting to CER.

Rescue 15 cleared the incident at 22:36 hours.
